Energy Limited recently received a new order for development of 9MW wind power project as part of wind-solar hybrid power project for captive consumption.This project was awarded by Bhathwari Technologies Private Limited to the company under captive power project (CPP) segment. GLOBELEQ ACQUIRES THE 25 MWp WINNERGY SOLAR PV PLANT IN EGYPT Globeleq, the leading independent power and energy transition company in Africa, announces it has completed the acquisition of a 48.3% equity stake in the 25 MWp Winnergy solar PV plant (Winnergy) in Egypt from Enerray, Enerray Global Solar Opportunities and Desert Technologies. The plant, which is in operation, is located within Egypt’s flagship Benban Solar complex, near Aswan, and is adjacent to Globeleq’s 66 MWp ARC solar plant. Filed in the Eastern District of Texas, US, Maxeon alleges an infringement on patents related to tunnel oxide passivated contact (TOPCon) solar cell technology. Maxeon has filed a similar claim against Korean-owned PV manufacturer Hanwha Qcells in the same court as well.
