MSPGCL Invites Bids To Solarize 502 MWAC Ground-Mounted Project

Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MSPGCL) invited online bids for the design, engineering, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of the 502 MWAC solar project.

The MSPGCL document reads, “Competitive bidding design, engineering, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 502 MWAC cumulative capacity ground mounted crystalline solar PV technology grid interactive distributed agriculture feeder solarization by solar PV power plant. It included three years of operation and maintenance on an EPC basis at various districts in Maharashtra, India under Local competitive Bidding from prospective bidders.”

The document mentioned, the location for a project located at various locations in Ahmednagar and Pune districts. The project has a substation of 33/11 kV MSEDCL substation. It also mentioned the bidders are eligible to bid for a minimum of one location and a maximum of eight locations from the List of 33/11 kV MSEDCL substations.”

The document mentioned, “The project has a crystalline ground-mounted solar PV technology with grid-interactive distributed agriculture feeder solarization by solar PV power plant under MSKVY 2.0 scheme. It included three years of operation and maintenance on an EPC basis at various districts in the state of Maharashtra, India under local competitive bidding from prospective bidders.”

The tender mentioned, “The start date for the acceptance of tender fee by MAHAGENCO and for downloading of tender document is 18th March 2024 at 3 PM. The pre-bid conference (only for the bidders who purchased the bid document) is on 12th April 2024 at 2 PM. The last date of acceptance of queries and comments from bidders is 18th April.”

It also mentioned, “The date for issue of amended bid document is 3rd May 2024 at 5 PM and the last date of online sale of bid document is 9th May. The last date for submission of online bids is 10th May 2024 at 12.00 Hrs. The last date of submission of physical support documents is 10th May whereas, the due date for opening of techno-commercial bids is 10th May.”
