MPUVNL Solar Tenders: Dilip Buildcon Wins ₹4,900 Cr EPC, Ceigall Secures ₹550 Cr Project
Ceigall has emerged as the L1 bidder in the financial bid issued by Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL) for developing Solar PV-based Power Plants (SPP), along with Dilip Buildcon Limited. In regulatory filings, both companies announced securing their respective capacities in Madhya Pradesh.
In its filing, Dilip Buildcon Limited said it has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL) for a 1,363.55 MW AC project under the Non-DCR category. The project involves the establishment of grid-connected Solar PV-based Power Plants under the Feeder Solarisation component of PM KUSUM-C (Surya Mitra Krishi Solarisation).
Dilip Buildcon Limited will secure an EPC business opportunity valued at approximately ₹4,900 crore (excluding GST), which will be executed over the next 18 months. Accordingly, the EPC value for Dilip Buildcon Limited (excluding GST) would be around ₹4,900 crore.
Dilip Buildcon & Ceigall Win Solar Projects from MPUVNL
Ceigall also announced that it has emerged as the L1 bidder in the financial bid issued by Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL) for developing Solar Power Plants (SPP) with a capacity of 130 MW (AC).
This project falls under the Surya Mitra Krishi Feeders Scheme – PM KUSUM-C and involves setting up grid-connected solar power projects in two districts of Madhya Pradesh. In its filing, Ceigall said the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) will be signed for a tenure of 25 years from the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date, and the project will be executed within 18 months.

Dilip Buildcon Limited further said that the power generated from its 1,363.55 MW AC project will be sold to Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited (MPPMCL) for a period of 25 years.
