The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy is inviting suggestions on the new products to be introduced under off grid and decentralized solar PV application scheme.

The Ministy is considering to promote the use of Solar Charkha and Solar Rickshaw under the off grid and decentralized solar program.
Manufactureres/ developers of solar rickshaw and solar charkha can send their suggestion before 22nd November to [email protected]. The ministry will call a meeting to finalize design and specification of the products later. However, MNRE did not reveal the exact time frame.
Technical specification of solar charkha and solar rickshaw suggested by MNRE is as follow:-
