The Ministry Of Defence has issued a tender for consultancy services for soil investigation for the provision of 15 MW solar power generation plant at AFA Hyderabad. The Ministry of Defence has floated a tender for the supply of a 1.210 MW solar power PV plant in various establishments of HAL in Uttar Pradesh under the RESCO model. The last date for submitting the online bid is January 03, 2023, till 06:00 pm and the bid will be opened on the same day, at 06:30 pm. The scope of work of this Ministry Of Defence 1.210 MW tender includes design, engineering, site development, manufacture, inspection at supplier’s works, supply, insurance, erection, testing & commissioning. Scope of work also includes operation & maintenance (O&M), free of cost for the warranty period of 12 months from COD (Commercial Operation Declaration). Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 43422000/- as a cost of the bid. Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 1302700/- as an earnest money deposit. Each awarded bidder will have to submit 3% of the total tender cost as a performance bank guarantee (PBG) within 60 days from the date of issuance of the allocation letter. The bidders must have seven years’ worth of experience working on similar projects with ground-mounted solar power plants that are connected to the grid. Construction of transmission lines, switchyard/substation bays, solar power plant design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning, operation, and maintenance are all required components of the projects.
