The last date for submitting the online bid is September 01, 2022, till 4:00 pm. Bids will be opened on September 02, 2022, at 11:00 am. Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Ltd. (MGVCL) has invited bids for the supply of 42.8 MW of solar projects in Gujarat. This solar project is a grid-connected feeder level solar power project and the associated power line under Component C of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) program. The last date for submitting the online bid is September 01, 2022, till 4:00 pm. Bids will be opened on September 02, 2022, at 11:00 am. This MGVCL 42.8 MW solar tender includes the scope of work in design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation & maintenance for 25 years from the COD of grid connected Feeder level solar power plant. This project is associated 11kV line to connect the plant with the concerned substation and RMS of the Solar power plant through the RESCO model for solarization of various 11kV feeders of the associated 66/11kV substation in MGVCL under the PM-KUSUM scheme – Component C -feeder level Solarization (FLS). Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 11800/- as a tender / RFS document fee. Also awarded bidder will have to submit Rs. 100,000 per MW as an earnest money deposit & an amount equivalent to Rs. 500,000 per MW within 15 days from the letter of the award as a performance bank guarantee. Bidder shall have experience in execution of supply, installation, and commissioning of grid-connected solar power plants with a cumulative capacity of 1MWp considering the capacity of individual solar plants of 10 Kwp or more, during the last five years with any govt. or private organization in India. In the case of JV, all the partners of the JV shall collectively meet this technical criterion. In the case of JV, if one partner is new, its experience will be considered as a zero for preceding years. The Bidder should have a positive net worth for each of the last three Financial Years (FY 19-20, FY 20-21 & FY 21-22).
