These projects will be developed under the RESCO mode, with a bid submission deadline of March 17, 2025. NHPC REL manipur rooftop solar tender stated, “The bidder is expected to have experience as an EPC contractor in the supply of Balance of System (BOS) items and the erection, testing, and commissioning of the entire solar plant.” The bidder must fulfill the technical qualification criteria of having designed and commissioned a solar photovoltaic (SPV) based grid-connected power plant with a capacity of 400 kWp or higher, with at least one plant of 40 kWp or more. The bidder should also be a developer of SPV-based grid-connected power plants with a cumulative installed capacity of 400 kWp or higher, including at least one plant of 40 kWp or more. Buildings/Locations The tender has identified 13 buildings for the project, each with different capacities. NHPC has assessed these projects (25 kW and above, subject to SL restrictions). Other locations are the Directorate of Sericulture (187.5 kW), Manipur Central Jail (50 kW), JNIMS A Block (375 kW), Nupi Keithel 3, Phouoibi Ima Keithel (75 kW), and the Public Works Division Office (187.5 kW).
