Ltd (MSEDCL) has issued a new tender to procure 1 GW (1000 MW) of solar power supply through a competitive bidding process. MSEDCL will procure this solar power supply from those projects which are connected to the distribution network in Maharashtra under “Mukhyamantri Saur Krishi Vahini Yojana”. The last date to submit the bid is August 01, 2022, till 04:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same at 06:00 PM. The interested bidder will have to submit Rs. 15000+ 18% GST. The processing fee amount of this tender is Rs. 10,000 per MW + 18% GST which is non-refundable. The Bidder will have to pay both amounts through an online payment. The Projects shall be commissioned within 12 (Twelve) months from the date of issuance of LoA. In case the commissioning of the project is delayed beyond Two (2) months from SCOD, MSEDCL will forfeit total PBG and the PPA capacity shall stand reduced/amended to the Project Capacity Commissioned at the end of the 14th month from the date of issuance of Letter of Award.
