MAHAPREIT Invites Bids To Set Up 350 EV Charging Stations Maharashtra’s Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology Ltd (MAHAPREIT) and a subsidiary of MPBCDC invited e-Tender to set up EV Charging stations. The tender invited an open e-tender through an online submission under Part I (Technical Bid) on behalf of MAHAPREIT, Mumbai for the empanelment of agencies to set up Electric Vehicles Charging Stations in Maharashtra. The document mentioned the company intends to set up EV Charging Stations in the Municipal corporation areas like Thane, Mira – Bhayander, Chandrapur, and Railway stations under the control of Konkan Railways & National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The Maharashtra & Goa Energy Development Agency (GEDA) through this project aims to provide public EV charging facilities for Electric two, three, and four-wheelers. Part I of the technical bid opens on 12th April 2024 at 16.00 Hours. The document cost (Non-refundable) is Rs. 5000/- plus 18% GST and the registration charges (Non-refundable) are Rs 50,000/- plus 18%GST. The mode of payment for the (EMD) is through the E-payment gateway. The bid acceptance period is the bid for the work shall remain open for acceptance for 120 days from the date of opening of technical bids. The quantity of EV Charging Stations may increase or decrease. MAHAPREIT reserves the right to allot the EV Charging stations to the successful bidder based on the actual land availability.” MAHAPREIT aims to install EV Chargers having the mentioned qualification.
