The tenders for 25 MW & 2 MW capacity respectively have a last bid submission date of July 21. The 25 MW of grid-connected solar tender will be developed at Shivajinagar at Taluka & 2 MW solar tender will be at Koradi & Chandrapur Thermal Power Station, Maharashtra. Last date of submission of an online bid 21st of July 2022 is the last day to submit the online bid for both tenders. For 25 MW Solar Tender Bidders will have to quote the following information in their bid for the specified technical scope of work: Price(L) in INR per MU inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties Guaranteed Annual Generation (G) in MU > G DC/AC ratio = Cumulative DC capacity of the solar arrays / Cumulative rated AC capacity of inverters at reference ambient temp. Each interested bidder will have to pay the vendor registration fees of ₹5000/- + GST Extra as applicable before the last submission date. Bidder will have also to pay Rs 1180/- (inclusive of Applicable GST) the tender fee before the last date of payment of tender fees. Both registration fees are non-refundable. The Bidder should have experience of having completed EPC contracts of grid-connected Rooftop Solar PV Plants of 100 KW capacity at the single roof with a cumulative capacity of a minimum of 500 KW. (which should have been commissioned before the bid submission date.) The net worth of the bidder as of 31st March of the previous financial year shall be positive. The average annual turnover during the preceding three consecutive financial years of the Bidder For Koradi TPS = Rs 1.59 Cr. For Chandrapur TPS = Rs1.54 Cr. The eligible bidder of MAHAGENCO EPC tenders will have to pay 10% of the contract value including taxes as a Bank Guarantee within 30 days of the issue of the Letter of the award. This Bank Guarantee shall be valid for 90 days beyond the 5 years of O&M period. The mechanical structures, electrical works, and overall workmanship of the grid solar power plant must be warranted for a minimum of 10 years. PV modules used in grid solar power plants must be warranted for output wattage, which shall not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years.
