Th said n-type cells will be employed to produce new generation Vertex N modules. The power output will be up to 605 W with efficiency reaching 22.4%. The firm says that the full-scale production will guarantee delivery while improving competitiveness and creating greater value for customers. The establishment of the 8 GW 210mm n-type i-TOPCon cell factory in Suqian spreads to close to 70,000 square meters. The construction of the facility kicked off in July last year. The manufacturing equipment was installed at November-end. By December 30, 2022, the factory was up and running and fully operational. Trina Solar maintains that advanced technology is being employed on the production line including for quality control. The production line, mainly used for producing 210 mm n-type i-TOPCon cells, used for the newly launched Vertex N 605W modules, capitalises on the innovative cell size and low-voltage, making the Vertex N 605 W modules a good fit for 104-meter-long trackers. Besides, there is no waste of space involved 6 to 12 more modules can be connected on the trackers as opposed to the conventional n-type 72-cell and 78-cell modules.
