The techno-commercial bids will be opened on February 3, 2022, at 4:00 PM. The Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation Limited (CESC), wholly owned by the Government of Karnataka, has invited bids for the empanelment of vendors interested in setting up 15 MW rooftop solar plants for residential use in the city of Mysore. The last date for the submission of the bids is January 29, 2022, upto 4:15 PM. The techno-commercial bids will be opened on February 3, 2022, at 4:00 PM. Other key schedule dates of the Expression of Interest (EoI) are as follows: Bid documents available on e-procurement portal : January 19, 2022, at 4:00 PM Last date for submission of queries : January 24, 2022, upto 4:00 PM Pre bid meeting: January 25, 2022, upto 3:00 PM The tender document specifies the full scope of the project as follows: “Empanelment of Vendors for Site Survey, Design, Installation, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning including Warranty and 5 years of Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance of Grid-Connected Rooftop Solar Plant for Residential Consumers of various capacities aggregating to 15 MW under the Phase-II of Grid Connected Rooftop Solar Scheme of MNRE in jurisdiction of CESC Mysuru.” Depending on different proposed capacities of the solar plants, bidders are required to submit the following Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or bid bond amount : Sl. The Average Annual Turnover of Rupees 1.5 Crore per MW of the capacity offered in its Bid in any one of the last 3 financial years ending 31.03.2021 subject to the condition that the Bidder should at least have completed one financial year. OR Net worth equal to or greater than the value calculated at rate of Rs 1.5 Crore per MW of capacity offered by the Bidder in its Bid. The Computation of Net worth shall be based on unconsolidated audited annual accounts of the last financial year immediately preceding the Bid Deadline. Share premium can be included in the Net-worth calculation in case of listed companies in India only For Part C and D: Bidder should have designed supplied installed and commissioned Grid connected Rooftop Solar Projects having aggregate capacity not less than 500 KW which should have been commissioned prior to the Techno Commercial Bid Opening date The Average Annual Turnover of Rupees Rs 1 Crore per MW of the capacity offered in its Bid in any one of the last 3 financial years ending 31.03.2021 subject to the condition that the Bidder should at least have completed one financial year. OR Net worth equal to or greater than the value calculated at rate of Rs. 1 Crore per MW of capacity offered by the Bidder in its Bid.
