This JREDA 5 MW solar tender includes the scope of work in design & engineering, manufacture/procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning including warrantee obligation with five (05) years of comprehensive operation and maintenance. Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 10,000/- as a tender fee amount. Each interested bidder will have to be submitted Rs. 2.08 lakh as an Earnest Money Deposit (for the lot size of 100 kWp grid-connected solar rooftop power plant). The selected bidder will be required to submit 10% of the EPC contract price within 15 days of the Letter of Intent validity period of 24 months from the date of the LoI’s issuance. The successful bidder shall submit a performance guarantee of 5% of the allotted work order value in the form of DD/Bank Guarantee/FDR/TDR valid for five years on or before the release of payment of the installation. Based on audited annual accounts, the average annual financial turnover of the bidder over the previous three financial years ending on March 31 of the preceding fiscal year must equal at least 30% of the estimated cost of bidder capacity derived from the prior three financial years ending on March 31, 2021.
