JREDA Issues Tender for Agency Engagement for 600 MW Floating Solar Project Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA) has invited bids for a 2 MW grid-connected canal-top solar power plant using PV technology at Sikdiri Canal, Ranchi in the State of Jharkhand. The last date for submitting the online bid is October 06, 2022, till 05:00 pm. Bids will be opened on October 10, 2022, at 03:00 pm. This JREDA 2 MW solar tender includes the scope of work in design & engineering, manufacture/procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning including warrantee obligation with ten (10) years of comprehensive operation and maintenance. Jharkhand Unveils Ambitious Solar Energy Policy Also Read Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 25000/- as a tender fee amount, which is non-refundable. Each interested bidder will have to be submitted Rs. 39,00,000/- as an Earnest Money Deposit. The selected bidder will be required to submit 10% of the EPC contract price within 15 days of the Letter of Intent validity period of 24 months from the date of the LoI’s issuance. The awarded bidder also has to provide Rs. 10 Lacs per MW as a performance bank guarantee of PV module (DC Capacity) valid for 25 years from the date of O&M Period Start. To participate in the bidding process, bidders have the experience of having completed similar works during the last 7 years ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. Average annual turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) financial years ending in 2020-21 shall be a minimum of 30% of the estimated project cost. The net worth of the bidder during the last Financial Year shall be positive, wherein the net worth shall be calculated as follows: Net Worth = (Equity + Reserves) – (Revaluation reserves+ intangible assets + miscellaneous expenses to the extent not written off + carried forward losses) The bidder shall provide a copy of each audited annual report to ascertain their turnover and net worth.
