JDVVNL Invites Bids for 66 MW Solar Projects under KUSUM Program

Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited has issued a tender for the installation and commissioning of 26 grid-connected solar projects which boast a cumulative capacity of 66 MW under Component C of PM-KUSUM program for feeder level solarization.

The projects are to be established in four sub-divisions of Pali Circle in Jodhpur. These are to be developed under the RESCO model.

The last date for submission of bids is October 4, 2023. Bids open on October 6, 2023.

The estimated cost of the project is INR 35 million/ MW.

The bidder that emerges successful will be responsible for operation and maintenance for a period of 25 years.

A Power Purchase Agreement for 25 years at the levelized tariff that is approved by the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission will be carried out between the successful bidder and the Rajasthan Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (RUVNL) within seven days of submitting the performance bank guarantee.

JDVNNL mandates the use of indigenously manufactured solar modules from ALMM (Approved List of Models and Manufacturers).

JDVVNL recently issued a tender for the design, survey, installation, commissioning for 25 yrs O & M from COD of grid connected SPP through RESCO Mode and its associated line 33 or 11 KV to connect plant to 33 11 kv substation RMS of Solar Power plant.
