With a total cost of about JPY 780 million (USD 7.71m/EUR 6.88m, the 2-MW solar plant was built in a partnership with local firm Smart Solar Corp. It will be generating around 2.68 million kWh of electricity per year, which will be enough to meet the annual demand of about 755 local households. Also, the Japan Asia Investment Co.
