Jammu Gets 1.5 MW Solar Power Plant From Vibgyor Energy By Saur News Bureau/ Updated On Tue, Nov 1st, 2022 Highlights : A vertically integrated company, Vibgyor Energy seeks to provide services to the institutional, industrial, and commercial sectors. Through its different solar services, Vibgyor Energy seeks to assist Power consumers in reducing the rising prices of grid power. Solar Developer Vibgyor Energy which is focused on the C&I segment where it targets institutional, industrial, and commercial sectors has just completed installation of a plant in Jammu. The 1.5 MW solar power plant by Vibgyor Energy has been installed at Jammu’s SIDCO industrial complex. Waaree Energies provided the project with high-performing 445 Wp Mono PERC solar panels. The project was funded on a non-recourse basis by Kotak Mahindra Bank. According to Viraj Gadhoke of Vibgyor Energy, “Jammu is a developing and significant market for the company. This is only the first of many projects in the area that we will supply. We think that by implementing this initiative, other energy-intensive state sectors will be motivated to join the sustainable energy movement and switch to clean energy for their operations and services.
