Jaipur Dairy Opens Tender for 1.5MW Rooftop Solar Plant

The last date and time for uploading the bidding document is December 17, 2019 by 3:00 pm.

With an aim to contribute towards reducing carbon footprints through using solar energy, the Jaipur Zila Dugdh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Ltd (JZDUSS) has opened tender for the supply and commissioning of 1.5 MW roof-mounted captive solar plant.

As per the tender document, the successful bidder will have to maintain the rooftop solar plant for a period of 15 years post successful installation and commissioning of the plant, beyond the 1 year warranty period.

The last date and time for uploading the bidding document for the 1.5 MW rooftop solar plant is December 17, 2019 by 3:00 pm. However, interested bidders can submit their DDs of EMD/ tender form fees and RISL processing fee latest by 4:00 p.m. on December 17, 2019.

The estimated value of the contract is Rs 5 crore. However, the tender form must be accompanied with earnest money deposited (EMD) of Rs 10 lakh, without which the tender form will not be considered. It should be in the form of DD/BG in favour of “Jaipur Zila Dugdh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Limited”.

Both, tender fees of Rs 5,000 and tender processing fee of Rs 1,000 will be non-refundable and can be submitted in the form of Demand Draft only in favour of JZDUSS LTD. Ltd., payable at Jaipur.

Post selection, the supplier will have to complete the job within 240 days from the date of placement of the order by the Jaipur Milk Unions or as settled with the tenderer or as provided in the acceptance of tender.

Meanwhile, in case the supplier fails to supply and deliver the tendered item within the prescribed time as mentioned in the order, the JZDUSSL reserves the right to effect risk purchases from other source on the supplier’s risk and cost.
