IPGCL Issues 35MW Rooftop Solar Tender for Delhi By Manu Tayal/ Updated On Mon, Dec 3rd, 2018 The online bid submission for the tender has already been started from December 1, 2018 and it will close on December 21, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Delhi Government-owned utility firm Co Ltd (IPGCL) has issued a tender to set up 35 MW rooftop solar PV project in Delhi under Mukhyamantri Solar Power Yojna. The utility firm said in its tender document that, “Expression of Interest (EOI) for Empanelment of Vendors for 35 MW Rooftop Solar PV Project in the state of Delhi under MUKHYAMANTRI SOLAR POWER YOJNA”. Further, the online bid submission for the tender has already been started from December 1, 2018 and it will close on December 21, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Whereas, the pre-bid meeting for the tender will be held on December 10, 2018. Moreover, the 35 MW project is further sub-divided into eight parts under CAPEX and RESCO models i.e. CAPEX – A, B, C, D, E, and RESCO – A, B, C respectively. Adding to it, the bid bond is of Rs 5 lakhs x Bid capacity in MWp (in favour of IPGCL through DD / BC/ FDR/ BG). While, the bid processing fee – for CAPEX part-A & D (each part) will be Rs 5000/- +GST @ 18 percent, for CAPEX part-B,C & E and RESCO part A, B & C (each part) – Rs 15000/- +GST @ 18 percent in f/o of IPGCL through DD/BC. As per the tender details, the estimated cost of the CAPEX model project will be Rs 56.1 crore, while on the RESCO model the estimated cost of the project will be Rs 135.1 crore.
