Insolation Green, a subsidiary of Insolation Energy, has secured a Rs. 513.13 crore project from KPI Green Energy under Phase-1 of the project. As per the latest order, KPI Green will utilize N-type bifacial (G to G) solar PV modules for the Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) project, which is scheduled between June 2025 and March 2026.

Furthermore, under GUVNL’s Phase-2 project, KPI Green Energy Limited has awarded a separate purchase order worth ₹219.91 crore (including GST) for the supply of the same type of solar PV modules. The delivery timeline for this order also spans from June 2025 to March 2026.

Insolation Energy said in a regulatory filing, “The combined revenue of the company from these two purchase orders will be Rs.733.04 Crores. This order is in addition to the LOA of Rs. 372.20 Crores received by our company from Rajasthan Renewal Energy Corporation Limited and Teerth Gopicon Limited for the supply of Solar Module under Hybrid Annuity Model.”

KPI Green Expands In Gujarat

Additionally, as part of its efforts to expand its footprint in Gujarat, KPI Green has received the final sanction from the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID). The company will receive ₹272 crore in credit facilities. KPI Green will use this credit facility to partially finance a 50 MW hybrid power project, which includes a 75.2 MWp solar project and a 16.95 MW wind project located in Bharuch, Gujarat.

The project will be developed under a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited. This financial assistance will play a crucial role in the project’s development and ensure its completion within the stipulated timeframe.
