Insolation Energy Secures Rs. 372.20 Crores From RREC & Teerth

Jaipur-based Insolation Energy has received a combined order worth ₹372.20 crore from Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited (RREC) and Teerth Gopicon. The project is expected to be completed by the financial year 2025-26.

While sharing an update about its recent rooftop solar project order from RREC, the company stated in a regulatory filing, “We have been awarded a Letter of Award (LOA) by Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited (RREC) for undertaking EPC activities, including comprehensive operation and maintenance of the project for 25 years from the date of commissioning of rooftop solar on state government buildings and state government undertakings in Rajasthan under the Hybrid Annuity Mode.”

The company added, “The project will be located across three districts of Rajasthan, namely Jaipur, Dausa, and Churu. Insolation Energy has secured aggregate sales of ₹340.20 crore from RREC.”

Insolation Energy also secured a purchase order from Teerth Gopicon Limited. The company stated, “We will be responsible for undertaking EPC activities for developing 78 MW power projects, including the supply of 25 MW solar photovoltaic (SPV) monocrystalline modules to Teerth Gopicon Limited.”

Providing further details, the company mentioned, “We have been awarded a purchase order by Teerth Gopicon Limited for the supply of 46,297 solar photovoltaic (SPV) monocrystalline modules, amounting to ₹32 crore. The combined revenue addition from these two sales orders will be ₹372.20 crore.”

Insolation Energy has been expanding capacities furiously, be it for modules, planned cell manufacturing, or even a plant for building aluminium frames for its solar modules. It has planned a 7 GW expansion, including a 3 GW cell manufacturing venture, 4 GW of modules and the frames at a new facility in Narmadapuram in Madhya Pradesh. The move will also mark its expansion outside Rajasthan for manufacturing, besides getting closer to markets in South India.
