IndoSolar Turnaround Continues With Rs 40 cr Profit In Q4, Fy25 By Saur News Bureau/ Updated On Sat, Apr 19th, 2025 Waaree Energies owned Indosolar Limited continues to deliver a strong turnaround with a strong set of results for Q4 2025. For Q4 2025 ending March, the Greater Noida based company reported sales of Rs 192.00 crore versus Rs 103 crore in the December quarter. Net profit was reported to be Rs 40.04 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against a profit of Rs 10.23 crores in the December quarter. And Rs 4.82 crore during the corresponding quarter ended March 2024. There were no Sales reported during the corresponding quarter ended March 2024. For the full year, net profit was reported at Rs 54.78 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against net loss of Rs 15.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2024. Sales reported to Rs 323.91 crore in the year ended March 2025. Indosolar had been acquired by Waaree Energies back in May 2022, Indosolar had a solar cell manufacturing line that has been restarted by Waaree and is clearly delivering a strong performance in a market where domestically produced cells continue to command a premium for now. For Waaree, the Indosolar results reflect well on its ability to manage the manufacturing business, where a module manufacturing line was also started in July 2024 with a capacity of 1.3 GW. The firm provides Waaree a foothold in the Northern India market to deliver moules competitively in the region as well. Waaree remains the largest module manufacturing firm in India.
