This IMC 60 MW solar tender includes the scope of work in design & engineering, manufacture/procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning including warrantee obligation with ten (10) years of comprehensive operation and maintenance. According to the tender document, the estimated project cost is Rs. 287 crores & the completion period of this solar project is 15 months from the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) to the actual commercial operation date of the project. To participate in the online bidding process, interested bidders need to pay Rs. 50,000/- as a tender / RFS document fee, which is non-refundable. The awarded bidder will have to pay Rs. 1.5 crores as an Earnest Money Deposit. The successful bidders also have to submit 5% of the contract value as a contract performance security amount. The average annual turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) financial years ending in 2020-21 shall be 200 crores. The net worth of the bidder during the last Financial Year shall be positive. Also, the bidder must have a working capital of at least Rs. 100 crore as of the most recent audited financial statement.
