Indian Oil Tenders for Modification of Inverter Telemetry for Rooftop Solar Plants By Manu Tayal/ Updated On Thu, May 21st, 2020 O&M Arm of Gensol Emerges Winner for 5 MW Solar Tender Floated by IOCL State-owned energy major Indian Oil Corporation Ltd has floated tender inviting electronic bids from eligible bidders for the modification of inverter telemetry for hosting of a real-time generation of rooftop solar plants of Western Region Pipelines (WRPL) on the common digital platform. The work location under the tender will be Indian Oil’s all locations of its vast network of WRPL in the state of Gujarat and Rajasthan. The earnest money deposited (EMD) for the tender is fixed at Rs 5,200 and will be payable to IOCL (Pipelines Division) at Rajkot. Currently, the tender document can be downloaded by interested bidders, however, the bid submission will start on May 23, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. onwards. Moreover, the last date for submission of bids is June 02, 2020, till 4:00 p.m. while the bids will be opened on June 03, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. at WRPL Gauridad (Rajkot). The bid is valid for 120 days and the period of work will be 90 days or three months. Further, the pre-qualification criteria (financial) for the bidder is that its minimum annual turnover in any of the last three preceding financial years i.e. FY 2017-18, FY 2018-19, and FY 2019-20 will be Rs 3.09 lakh. For the minimum value of single work order completed for similar nature of work during last 7 years i.e. for 1 work order – the work order value will not be less than (including GST) is Rs 2.57 lakh; for 2 work orders – the work order value will not be less than (including GST) is Rs 2.06 lakh, and for 3 work orders – the work order value will not be less than (including GST) is Rs 1.54 lakh. For the technical pre-qualification criteria, the bidder must have successfully completed the work of “Supply and installation of data logger system with data accessibility in web portal” of the minimum aforesaid value, as a main or sub-contractor, during any of the last 7 years ending on last day of the month, immediately previous to the month in which the last date of bid submission falls.
