Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Issues Tender for Supply of 5 MW Solar Project

Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL) has invited bids for the design, supply, construction & erection, testing, commissioning and operation and maintenance for eights years for 5 MW solar power project at Bhanjal, Una, Himachal Pradesh.

The last date and time of submission is June 21, 2023. The technical bid opens on June 21, 2023.

The bid security is INR 55,00,000. The cost of the tender document is INR 10,000.

The scope of works of the contractor under the contract shall involve end to end delivery of the commissioned plant to HPPCL, which will include (but not limited to) the development of land, design, engineering, procurement of equipment and material, testing at manufacturer’s works, packing and forwarding, transportation, supply, receipt and unloading at
site, storage, insurance at all stages, associated civil works, electrical works, services, permits, licenses, installation, erection, testing, commissioning, performance demonstration and operational acceptance of 5 MW (AC) Grid Interactive Solar PV Power Plants on turnkey basis along with comprehensive Operation & Maintenance of 08 (eight) years thereafter.

The bidder must have a minimum average annual turnover of INR 13.75 cr from operations excluding other income, for the last three (03) Financial Years i.e. FY 2019-20 to FY 2021-22.

Earlier, HPPCL issued a tender for a 12 MW (AC) Bella Ludhiarchan Solar Power Project in the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh.
