HPCL Issues Tender for Supply of 78 MW Renewable Energy State-owned Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has issued a tender for the selection of a project management consultant for the installation of 100 MW solar project at Galiveedu Solar Park in Andhra Pradesh. The project is for captive consumption. The EPMC consultant will be responsible for the design, engineering, procurement, supply, erection, and commissioning of the solar projects at the solar park. The last day for the submission of bids is July 18. 2023. Bids open on July 18, 2023. Earlier, Electric vehicle charging network startup Statiq announced that the firm had received a contract to develop more than 500 electric vehicle charging stations for state owned oil marketing company HPCL. These will come up at the outlets of HPCL in the 12 states. In February, HPCL was looking at exploring acquisition opportunities in renewable energy – solar/wind and hybrid assets with or without storage with expected asset capacity of minimum 50 MW.
