HPCL Floats Tender for 628 KW Solar Plants in Tamil Nadu

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has issued a new tender, inviting online bids for pre-AMC servicing & CAMC of solar plants, with 628 KW capacity, in HPCL, Chennai New Terminal at NCTPS Main Road, Vallur Village, Tamil Nadu.

The bid submission will close on August 15, 2021, at 12 pm, and the earnest money deposit (EMD) has been decided at Rs. 43,477. The bid can be submitted online only at HPCL website (http://etender.hpcl.co.in) and manual bids will not be accepted.

The scope of the job includes:

• Performing Pre-AMC servicing of all solar plants 628KW (258KW Ground mounted+250KW Ground mounted+128KW Roof mounted) and achieve Net Minimum Generation Guarantee.

• To provide a comprehensive maintenance contract for operation and maintenance of 628KW (258KW ground mounted+250KW ground mounted+128KW roof mounted) AC solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants for a period of 3 years on quarterly visit basis.

Interested bidders must fulfil the following qualification criteria:

• Financial: Average annual Financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March, of the previous financial year, i.e., 2020-21 should be at least 6.5 lakhs.
• Technical: Applicants shall have experience of having successfully carried out and completed similar work during the last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited, which experience should be any one of the following: 1. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work costing not less t han Rs. 17.4 lakhs in the last 7 years ending 30/06/2021; Or 2. the bidder should have completed at least two similar works costing not less t han Rs. 10.9 lakhs in the last 7 years ending 30/06/2021; Or the bidder should have completed at least three similar works costing not less than Rs. 8.7 lakhs in the last 7 years ending 30/06/2021.

Bidders are required to attach scanned copy of work order/Purchase Order enumerating scope of work, delivery period & terms. Additionally, they should attach scanned copy of work completion certificate mentioning value of work, broad scope of work, successful completion of work within contractual period, details of delay if any, etc.
