Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Issues Tender for Supply of 5 MW Solar Project

Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited has issued a tender for the design, supply, construction and erection testing commissioning and operation and maintenance for 08 years of 3 MW AC solar power project at Sainj.

The last date to download for the download of bids is May 25, 2023 up to 1200 hrs. The last day for submission of bids is May 25, 2023 upto 1300 hrs. Technical bids open on May 25, 2023 at 1500 hrs.

The scope of works of the contractor under the contract shall involve end to end delivery of the commissioned plant to HPPCL, which will include (but not limited to) the development of land, design, engineering, procurement of equipment and material, testing at manufacturer’s works, packing and forwarding, transportation, supply, receipt and unloading at site, storage, insurance at all stages, associated civil works, electrical works, services, permits, licenses, installation, erection, testing, commissioning, performance demonstration and operational acceptance of 3 MW (AC) grid interactive solar PV power plants on turnkey basis along with comprehensive operation & maintenance of 08 (eight) years thereafter.

The scope of the contractor shall be deemed to include all equipment, materials and services which although are not specifically mentioned in the bid documents and/or in contractor’s proposal but are necessary for the satisfactory operation of the solar PV system and its integration with evacuation system provided by state electricity
authority(s)/ STU.

The EMD is NR 26,00,000/-.

Earlier, HPPCL issued a tender for the design, supply, construction and erection, testing, commissioning and operation and maintenance for eight years of 10 MM solar power project at Gondpur Bulla, Distt. Una, H.P.
