The scope of work of this Directorate of Supplies & Disposals Government of Haryana’s 30 MW tender includes design, engineering, site development, manufacture, inspection at supplier’s works, supply, insurance, transport, storage, erection, testing & commissioning. The scope of work also includes operation & maintenance (O&M) services. The selected bidder also must provide Rs. 1 Lakh/MW as a performance bank guarantee (PBG) after the issuance of the letter of intent and before signing the power purchase agreement (PPA). The selected bidder also must provide 5% of the contract value as a performance security deposit (from other states). While the performance security deposit will only be paid by MSEs and businesses based in Haryana at a reduced rate of 0.2%.
