The last date for submitting the online bid is August 23, 2022, till 5:00 pm while for the offline bid is August 25, 2022, at 05:00 pm. Bids will open on August 26, 2022, at 11:00 PM. Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd (GUVNL) has floated a tender for a 750 MW solar power project through competitive bidding process. This 750 MW of GUVNL solar tenders includes site survey, design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, O&M, and commissioning work. All approvals, permits, and clearances required for setting up the Project (including connectivity and land registration) and those required from the State Government and local bodies shall be within the scope of the successful bidder. The minimum winning capacity of the project is 25 MW for the single project developer. Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 29,500/- (including 18% GST amount) as a cost of the RFS document fee to participate in the bidding process. This RFS document fee amount is non-refundable. Along with this, each interested bidder will also have to pay Rs. 3,54,000/- (including 18% GST amount) as a processing fee, which is also non-refundable. The bidder awarded the project will have to submit Rs. 4 Lakh / MW as an Earnest Money Deposit or Bank Guarantee. The Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) of this solar project is Rs. 9.44 Lakhs/ MW (including 18% GST amount) which the selected bidder will have to pay after issuance of LoI and before the signing of PPA.
