Bids will be opened on September 27, 2022, at 04:30 pm. The said solar tender includes the scope of work in the submission of a technical feasibility report and detailed project report, project management services, design & engineering, project monitoring, site supervision & reporting, etc. Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 11,800/- (including 18% of GST) as a tender fee amount. Each interested bidder will have to be submitted Rs. 5.2 lakh as an Earnest Money Deposit. The selected bidder will be required to submit 10% of the EPC contract price within 10 days along with the acceptance of the LOI. The tenderer or their parent company should have experience in having consultancy services satisfactorily for feasibility study, preparation of DFR/DPR, and providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for setting up the floating solar plant. The consultant shall upon receipt of LOI / order, submit the complete biodata of the appointed project manager within 2 weeks period for approval. Each engineer shall have at least 10 years of experience in a large chemical / fertilizer / solar / thermal power plant in the field of design and engineering.
