Each plant has 10 MW of capacity. The projects will be implemented in Amreli, Surendranagar, and Rajkot. The last date for submitting the online bid is September 15, 2022, & the bid will be opened on September 21, 2022. The scope of work for the selected bidders will include setting up the solar plant of awarded capacity, including design & engineering, manufacture/procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning including warranty obligation with five years (each 10 MW tender) of comprehensive operation and maintenance. GSECL Invites Bids For The 20 MW Grid Connected Solar Plant Also Read The estimated total cost of each 10 MW tender is 40 crores. Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 25,000/- each 10 MW tender as a bidding document fee, which is non-refundable. The awarded bidder will have to pay Rs. 40 lakhs (each 10 MW tender) as an earnest money deposit/bank guarantee. Eligibility Criteria To procure this GSECL 10 MW solar project tender, the minimum annual turnover for the last three financial years, the requirement for prospective bidders to participate in the bidding process is at least shall be calculated as follows: 4.0 Cr. Net Worth of the bidder shall be calculated as follows: Net Worth = (Equity + Reserves) – (Revaluation reserves+ intangible assets + miscellaneous expenses to the extent not written off + carried forward losses). In case a bidder is a 100 % subsidiary company and does not satisfy the annual turnover criteria, stipulated above on its own, its Holding Company would be required to meet the stipulated turnover requirements as above, provided that the net worth of the such holding company as on the last day of the preceding financial year is at least equal to or more than the paid-up share capital of the subsidiary Company.
