Growatt Dedicated to Development of Indian Solar Power: Rucas Wang

According to statistics and reports, India is projected to be third largest solar market in the world after China and the US by the end of this year.

India stands at a sweet spot to become solar energy major and Growatt is dedicated to the development of Indian solar market for over seven years, Rucas Wang, Growatt Regional Director said at the event.

Wang made these comments at a festive New Year Party in Gujarat hosted by Photovoltaic Solar on December 29, 2018.

“India has huge abundant solar resources and enormous potential for market demand and growth. According to statistics and reports, India is projected to be third largest solar market in the world after China and the US by the end of this year. ” Wang said.

“Growatt has been dedicated to the development of Indian solar power for over seven years ever since entering the Indian market. We have established our service center and warehouse in Hyderabad. Service offices in 8 major cities have been established as well to provide on-site service across India. A toll-free service hotline has also been set up to provide fast response for our customers.” Wang continued.

The PV installation capacity of India is 6.6 GW in the first nine months this year, slightly ahead of the US. The solar PV installation of India is forecast to reach 8 GW in FY 2018.
