Grew Energy Private Limited, a solar module manufacturing company, has announced a partnership with the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT Bombay). The collaboration aims to advance innovation and excellence in photovoltaic technology, with a key focus on solar cell and module manufacturing, performance characterization, and reliability assessments.

The two signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a dynamic collaboration to drive technological advancements in the photovoltaic sector through joint initiatives in knowledge management, continuing education programs, and technology development.

Key aspects of this collaboration include joint consultancy and research projects that address critical industry challenges and foster innovation. The collaboration will also support internships, intellectual property licensing, and research initiatives. 

A collaborative ecosystem will be established, focusing on essential areas such as manufacturing, performance evaluation, reliability testing, and workforce training, all geared towards strengthening India’s renewable energy landscape.
