Green energy stocks continue to react strongly to every bit of news. Thus, even as every EPC from Shakti Pumps to KPI to Sterling and Wilson Renewable fell, Waaree Renewable rose as management expressed strong optimism on the coming year. Solar glass maker Borosil Renewables stayed in losses, and the stock was duly marked down almost 5%. Expect the pack to stay subdued till the election results, when there is evert chance that a new push will begin, as the triggers for solar and renewable energy remain strong.
