On a good day for the markets that climbed almost 0.51%, our green energy pack had a mixed day, with JSW Energy standing out for it's 6.14% spike. Among the rest, only Adani Green, Tata Power, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Up an impressive 3.18%), Inox Wind and Gensol were green, while the rest stayed in the red. With almost every segment of the pack having seen its own strong bull run, we believe the market will be wait and watch mode now, and move for specific stocks when positive news comes in. A particular dissapointment to many would be Waaree Renewable Technologies, that languishes at less than 50% of it's 52 week high. From being the best performer among the pack just two months back, to the worst for now, the numbers just underscore the risks of investing in stocks, and chasing momentum for investors.
