According to the statement by Gensol Engineering Jain brings a wealth of experience, having recently retired from Walker Chandiok & Co LLP after over two decades, where he significantly contributed to the firm’s expansion in India. He holds over 45 years of experience in various senior roles across India, Malawi, and Zambia and was a founding partner at KPMG India. With experience in M&A advisory, corporate governance, and Indian and international auditing, Mr. Jain has worked in the IT, automotive, energy, and finance sectors. He is well-known for his proficiency in initial public offerings (IPOs), accounting consulting, and coaching business owners, Gensol Engineering said in a statement. “We welcome Mr. Rajesh Jain to the board of Gensol. It received this order from one Solar EPC (India & Middle East including Scorpius Trackers) for Rs. 1448 Crores, Let’sEV (EV Leasing business) for Rs. 335 Crores.
