Fourth Partner Energy Forges Partnership with Best Agrolife to Supply 3 MW Solar Power By Saur News Bureau/ Updated On Thu, Jul 13th, 2023 Highlights : Renewable energy solutions firm that caters to Commercial & Industrial businesses, Fourth Partner Energy will be supplying power to agrochemical pesticide manufacturer Best Agrolife Ltd. (BAL), from its 15 MW solar park in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. ADB & Fourth Partner Join Hands for 25 MW Solar Power Plant in Tamil Nadu Renewable energy solutions firm that caters to Commercial & Industrial businesses, Fourth Partner Energy will be supplying power to agrochemical pesticide manufacturer Best Agrolife Ltd. (BAL), from its 15 MW solar park in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The two firms have entered into a partnership, as per which BAL will be provided of 3 MW solar energy from the said plant. The electricity produced from the plant will be employed to power up its manufacturing unit in Gajraula. The agreement promises BAL yearly savings of 33 percent per unit on electricity costs. At the same time, carbon emissions will see a reduction of more than 4000 tonnes following the procurement of solar energy from Fourth Partner Energy. “This agreement with clean energy for the usage of green solar power brings us closer to achieving our energy transition goals. We are actively considering implementing solar energy solutions in other manufacturing facilities across India. We are delighted to partner with Fourth Partner Energy to expedite our sustainability objectives, given their expertise in renewable energy solutions and commendable track record in project execution and asset management,” shared Pramod Narayan Karlekar, MD, Best Crop Science Pvt. We look forward to solarising their manufacturing units throughout the country.” A week back, Fourth Partner Energy announced commencing the supply of 26 MW power to a foundry group via its own open access solar park. The firm is setting up solar parks in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
