Energy storage technology and services provider, Fluence Energy has announced its new global technology center in Bangalore, India. Fluence India Technology Centre will mark local presence in India. Along with this initiative, the company is also looking to enhance its technical capabilities and expand global talent to support product strategy execution. As per the company, this Indian Technology Centre is a key milestone for them since it is the company’s first technology center completely in Asia. This enhances the progress of current North American and European technology teams. In unison, the company’s technology center teams support Fluence’s operational model, which is regionally focused, and build a solid platform for the launch of new products and regionalized product support. According to Fluence SVP & Chief Product Officer Rebecca Boll, “With the opening of this technological center, we will strengthen our product portfolio, engineering capabilities, and further highlight our core competencies in battery-based energy storage solutions and software.
