The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is a partnership between SolaX, headquartered in Tonglu Economic Development Zone, Zhejiang Province, China, and Evervolt, based in Bangalore, India. This collaboration is poised to revolutionize the renewable energy landscape by leveraging innovative technologies including String Inverters, Hybrid Inverters, Li-ion batteries, and associated products throughout India.

Under the terms of this agreement, Evervolt assumes the role of good PAN India distributor for SolaX’s comprehensive portfolio of renewable energy solutions. Leveraging its extensive distribution network and market expertise, Evervolt will spearhead the introduction and widespread adoption of these cutting-edge technologies across diverse sectors in India.

SolaX commits to supporting Evervolt with robust resources, including extensive product training, targeted marketing materials, and technical assistance. This collaborative effort aims to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of SolaX’s energy solutions in the Indian market.
