EV charging management solutions company TelioEV has announced that it has expanded its network into five new countries including Sri Lanka, Nepal, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. The company commenced its operations in these regions in December 2023 and is currently engaging with various stakeholders, including charge point operators, OEMs, EV users, electric vehicle merchants, vehicle OEMs, and fleet owners, to solidify its presence, stated the press release by the company.

TelioEV offers a charging management system (CMS) and has established partnerships as a software provider in the Asia Pacific and GCC regions. Through these collaborations, TelioEV will provide advanced software solutions, allowing customers to easily locate and utilise EV charging stations. The company caters to various stakeholders in the EV ecosystem, offering services such as charger point network management for operators and digital journey enablement, cloud services, embedded software, and other EV software services for vehicle OEMs. In India, TelioEV has listed over 10,000 EV charging stations on its Discovery App.

Dr. Lalit Singh, CEO of TelioEV, stated that TelioEV aims to continue exploring and entering new markets, expanding its reach, and delivering reliable charging infrastructure for EV users worldwide, along with offering essential EV software services.

Furthermore, as per the press statement by the company, “TelioEV’s mission is to reduce carbon footprints and promote the use of electric vehicles for both personal and commercial purposes through technology. The company envisions a future with one million EV chargers deployed globally by 2030, thus elevating eco-friendly mobility alternatives on a significant scale.”

In a recent revelation by the Union Ministry of Power, the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) stated that the southern state of Karnataka has grabbed the top position as far as electric vehicle charging stations are concerned. The data said that the state now has 5,059 EV charging stations.
