DLL Floats Tender for Supply of Solar Inverters for Solar Plant, Port Blair

Directorate of Lighthouses and Lightships has floated a tender for the supply of solar inverters for the solar power plant at North Point Light House Port Blair.

The last date for submitting the online bid is December 15, 2022, till 03:00 pm. Bids will be opened on December 16, 2022, at 03:00 pm.

This solar inverters tender includes the scope of the work of setting up the solar plant of awarded capacity, including design & engineering, manufacture/procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning including warrantee obligation with comprehensive operation and maintenance.

Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 6,16,000/- as a cost of the tender document. The selected bidder must have to pay Rs. 12,320/- as an earnest money deposit. 

The bids, which do not meet the tender requirements, are liable to be rejected. The commercial bids of technically qualified bidders meeting the pre-qualification requirements shall only be opened. The decision of the Director of Lighthouses & Lightships, Port Blair in deciding the successful bidder shall be final and binding on the bidders. 

Those Bidders whose near relatives are posted as an accountant or as gazetted officers in any capacity in the Directorate of Lighthouses & Lightships Port Blair shall not be permitted to bid. The prospective Bidder shall also intimate the names of persons who are working in the office of Director of Lighthouses and Lightships, Port Blair in any capacity or subsequently employed, who are near relative to any gazetted officer in the DLL or the Ministry of Ports Shipping & waterways. Any breach of this condition by the Bidder shall render him ineligible.
