DhaSh PV Technologies, a manufacturer of PV Junction boxes with headquarters in Bangalore, recently announced a significant expansion of its cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Bengaluru, increasing its total production capacity from 8 GW to 11 GW.

The company’s decision to expand is driven by both the sharp increase in demand for its PV Junction box and the anticipated rise in demand as a result of recent policy announcements by the Indian government supporting the creation of “Atmanirbhar Bharat.”

Bangalore-based DhaSh PV Technologies last month put into operation a new manufacturing line for Junction boxes and outlined a phased expansion strategy that would bring the company’s capacity to 50 GW by 2025.

The demand for DhaSh PV Technologies’ products has grown, which confirms the confidence customers have in the products’ quality. The expansions coincide with the government of India’s efforts to reduce its reliance on imports of solar cells, modules, and parts for modules and to turn India into a manufacturing hub.

The DhaSh Trio JB has shown itself to have a much more compact but sturdy design, increased efficiency, and optimised cost, accommodating all of the most recent technological demands. The bifacial gain of half-cut / G2G modules is no longer threatened by Trio’s smaller overall size. The product can be used with any high-efficiency PV module that can handle short-circuit currents up to 18.5~19A.

To ensure that we develop robust technologies and solutions for Solar PV modules, DhaSh has a dynamic Research & Development team deployed in material science, an engineering workforce skilled in advanced design methodologies, and a strict quality analysis team. We have penetrated the deeper levels of the Solar PV arena and set the standard for the industry because we combined technological and economic competitiveness, best-in-class quality, and on-time delivery. We have made investments in cutting-edge production facilities that are future-ready and adaptable to keep up with the constantly evolving nature of renewable energy-based technologies, as well as in our state-of-the-art testing equipment that receives all necessary global approvals.
