Cosmic PV Partners With Claintech Solutions For Expansion

Surat-based module manufacturer Cosmic PV Power has now announced its partnership with Cliantech Solutions for further expansion. Under the partnership, Cliantech will provide equipment for the additional proposed capacity of the company.

The top management of the company in an event at Inter-Solar, Gandhinagar, Gujarat made the announcement. Cosmic PV Power is now on an expansion spree. It has plans to augment its solar module capacity. On the other hand, the company has also commenced in-house production of Aluminium frames to bolster its vertical integration.

Shravan Gupta, Founder and Director of Cosmic PV Power in the event told the media about the latest partnership. Navneet Mehrotra, Director of Cliantech Solutions and Jenish Ghael, Director of Cosmic PV Power were also present in the event.

“We are announcing further expansion of our solar module manufacturing capacity. We will add 1.6 GW of new solar module manufacturing capacity. Currently, we have a capacity of 1.4 GW. With the new addition, our capacity will touch 3 GW. Cliantech Solutions is an equipment supplier for solar module manufacturing,” Shravan Gupta said.

He also said that the company has already supplied equipment for 1.5 GW capacity in the last few months and is likely to aid the company in completing the addition of its new proposed module manufacturing capacity in the days to come.
