Coal India Invites Bids for EPC, Supply of 20 MW Solar Plant at BCCL, Jharkhand

Svayru Energy Wins 25 MW Solar Project of Coal India Limited

Coal India Limited has issued a tender for the design, engineering, procurement and supply, construction and erection, testing, commissioning, associated transmission system and comprehensive O&M for five years of 20 MW (AC) solar PV power plant at Dugdha washery area, BCCL Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

The date when the sale of document ends is 14.03.2023 at 17:00. The tender opening date is 15.03.2023 at 11:00. The last date of submission of bids is 15.03.2023.

The estimated cost is INR 145.77 cr. The EMD amount is INR 50 lacs. 

BCCL, or Bharat Coking Coal Ltd, where the plant is set up, is a subsidiary of Coal India Ltd. Coal India has been constantly ramping up efforts in renewable energy and issuing a series of tenders towards this goal. Recently, the CPSU issued a tender for design, engineering, procurement and supply, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 35 MW (ac) solar PV power plants. The plants are at the three locations of Eastern Coalfields Ltd (ECL) with comprehensive O&M of the plant and the associated transmission system for five years.
