CEL Tenders for Supply of BOS for Off Grid Solar Water Pumping System in MP By Manu Tayal/ Updated On Mon, May 18th, 2020 State-owned Central Electronics Ltd (CEL) has floated tender inviting online bids for the supply of balance of systems (BoS) for standalone off-grid solar photovoltaic (PV) water pumping systems in Madhya Pradesh (MP). The scope of the tender includes rate contract for design, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of BOS for standalone off-grid solar PV water pumping systems in MP basis including complete system warranty and its operation & maintenance (O&M) for 5 years under MNRE off-grid and decentralized solar PV applications scheme. Further, the bid is valid for 180 days and the Earnest Money Deposited (EMD) for the tender is fixed at Rs 5 lakh. Now, eligible bidders can apply for the tender up to May 25, 2020. CEL Extends Tender Deadline for Supply of BOS for 2×15 KWp Solar Mini Grid in Bihar Also Read For the eligibility criteria, bidder must have experience in executing a contract of 150 Nos. of solar water pumping system (installed and commissioned) in last 3 financial years in India for any government organisation under any government agency programme. Also, the bidder must have a cumulative turnover of Rs 7.5 crore in the past 3 financial years i.e. FY 16-17, FY 17-18 and FY 18-19. Besides, the bidding firm must have the valid test certificate in the name of CEL (with CEL make solar modules) of the 1 HP DC and 7.5 HP AC solar water pumping system (as per latest MNRE specifications) from NISE or any other lab accredited by NABL for testing of the solar water pumping system. Also, the bidder company must be registered under GST in MP and all compliance of GST is to made by the company. In case, it doesn’t have the GST registration in MP state, the bidder must submit the undertaking that GST registration certificate of MP state will be provided within 10 days from the date of the purchase order. Furthermore, the bidder must submit an undertaking on his company’s letterhead that they will open at least one authorised service centre in each operational district of MP state within 10 days from the date of PO by CEL as per tender terms and conditions.
