CEL Floats O&M Tender for 1 MW Solar Plant in Rajasthan By Manu Tayal/ Updated On Thu, Jan 2nd, 2020 The last date and time for submitting the bid application is January 15, 2020 at 11:00 Hrs, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is fixed at Rs 45,000. State-owned Central Electronics Ltd (CEL) has invited bids for the operation and maintenance (O&M) including round the clock security services at 1 MW solar power plant at the Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CEERI) in its Pilani campus in Rajasthan. As per the CEL tender document “it has invited online bids (Technical & Price) from eligible bidders which are valid for a minimum period of 180 days from the date of opening for O&M including round the clock security services at 1 MW solar plant inside CEERI Pilani campus.” The last date and time for submitting the bid application is January 15, 2020 at 11:00 Hrs, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is fixed at Rs 45,000. Further, this is the grid-tied ground-mounted solar power plant and is surrounded by brick wall of more than 5 feet height with concertina wire. For the eligibility criteria, the bidder must have an experience in installation & commissioning or maintenance and operation of solar power plants for cumulative capacity of 500 KWp (which includes at least one project of 100 KWp or two projects of 50 KWp solar power plants) during any of the last 3 years along with minimum six months experience related to AMC/ CMC/ O&M of solar power plants. This experience should be related with the orders received from any Govt. department/ PSU/ Regd. Cooperative society/ NGO/ Listed Private Companies. Secondly, the bidder must have a cumulative turnover of over Rs 2 crore during the last 3 financial years. Additionally, the firm must not have been debarred / blacklisted / defaulted by any Govt.
