Amid a slowdown in business and economic activities across the globe mainly due to spread of coronavirus pandemic, Israel-based specialist in smart energy technology, SolarEdge Technologies (SolarEdge), has found a new way of interacting with its customers and various industry stakeholders.

Thus, Nasdaq-listed SolarEdge is planning for an interactive virtual solar show which will be held on June 15, 2020.

The move came after many of the industry-leading tradeshows were stand cancelled globally. The inverter solutions provider is launching this virtual fair in which the solar community can see, hear, and engage with others about the newest smart energy innovations and learn about the latest industry trends while maintaining social distancing.

Commenting on the idea of the virtual show, Lior Handelsman, VP of Marketing and Product Strategy and Founder of SolarEdge, said that “always looking for creative solutions to overcome obstacles, whether overcoming technology challenges or driving the industry forward under the present circumstances, SolarEdge has decided to use our leadership position to ensure that the solar community has an exciting opportunity to mobilize during this challenging period.”

This will be a 2-day online solar show, in which the company will present its newest commercial and residential smart energy solutions in its virtual booth.

Here on the booth, it will also offer personal meetings with its team of experts and management.

Besides, the company can provide online lab tours from its headquarters, and provide both training sessions and thought-leadership presentations.

“We believe that as part of the recovery process, the world will better understand the growing need to build a more resilient electric network based on renewable energy. By offering this innovative and interactive solar show, we hope to help installers prepare for this new future and help them drive their businesses forward,” Handelsman added.

Meanwhile, both installers and the solar industry professionals will be having an opportunity to get the full booth experience of the company.
