Bundelkhand Issues 1200 MW Tender for PMC Services of Jalaun Solar Park in Uttar Pradesh

Bundelkhand Saur Urja Limited (BSUL) has invited bids for a 1200 MW solar tender for the engagement of an expert consultant for providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services to Jalaun Solar Park.

The last date for submitting the online bid is September 03, 2022, till 10:00 am. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 am.

To participate in the bidding process, each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 1,770/- as a tender / RFS document fee. The interested bidder will have to submit Rs. 9,44,000/- as an earnest money deposit/ Bid Security Amount. 

Eligibility Criteria for Bidders

The bidder should be a well-recognized firm/organization/company registered in India. The bidder should be in consultancy business/profession for a minimum period of the last 10 years. The bidder should have experience in providing professional Project Management Consultancy (PMC) in design, engineering, planning, procurement, inspection, quality control assurance, construction, commissioning, and development of Industrial Infrastructure Projects like Thermal Power Plant, Solar Power Parks & Projects (single solar park/project), Large Petrochemical Complex, oil refinery, industrial zones like Export Processing Zone (EPZ), Special Investment Regions (SIR), industrial corridors, industrial complex, ports, airport, railway/ metro rails, etc. of minimum value of Rs. 400 crores and above in last 7 years.

The bidder must have a positive net worth on the date of submission of the bid. The minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 141 Lacs in the preceding three financial years for consultancy work from the date of opening of the techno-commercial bid.

The bidder must have experience in providing professional project management consultancy services for the implementation of a single Renewable Energy Park / Project of a minimum 600 MW capacity or above (other than rooftop solar) in India in the last 7 years. 

The bidder should also have experience in designing electrical substation/pooling substation /switch yard with the associated power system, either as a part of the scope of work covered above or separately for 220 KV and above voltage level having grid interface with Central Transmission Utility (CTU) /State Transmission Utility (STU) in India.
