BrightNight has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with state-run NTPC to supply 110 MWac of firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) over 25 years. The company said, “The energy will be delivered from a 350 MWp solar-wind hybrid project integrated with a 100 MWh battery energy storage system in Rajasthan, and connected via the Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS), the company said in a statement.”

“Selected through a competitive bid in March 2024, this partnership strengthens our commitment to powering a world where everyone has clean power when they need it—delivered reliably and sustainably,” BrightNight said.
